Meet Topaz

I went in for a bag of shavings and came out with a kitten. I'm not really a cat person, but for some reason I wanted to give this cutie a home. The feed store had this kitten in a cage in their warehouse. I guess someone dropped it off and didn't want it.

She (I think its a she) is very sweet and purrs alot. She isn't even afraid of the dogs, however Kora (our Rottweiler) hasn't completely gotten used to the idea of her. Kora is dying to play with her, but I'm afraid she thinks she's toy. We carried her along on our walk last night.

isn't it a crime the way people put these cute little babies right where someone will see them and then they take them home!!!LOL What is her name?

Her name is Topaz. It was either her or a chick, and I was afraid the dogs would for sure eat the chicken.

LOL shavings for a cat...that is a good trade off!
All together now...AWWwwwwwwWWWW! Oh Topaz is adorable and THANK YOU for giving her a home (just please get her fixed as soon as you can so she can't repeat the cycle!).
Good for you for being so kind-hearted, you are her angel on earth, that is for sure :)

Topaz is one cute kitty - I love cats, we have 3 already but have had as many as 5. She looks like she's ready to take charge of the world - we have one kitty like that - she tells the dog and the rest of us what to do and is scared of nothing.

Topaz is adorable! I am a sucker for kittens! I'd probably have a hundred if I could, I guess than I would be a cat collector!
Love her coloring! Your doggies should adjust, I have never had problems with my dogs and cats, my cats love the dogs so much, they curl up in a ball and sleep right next to the dogs!

oh goodness she is adorable! Our rottie is not too fond of cats...but he is old now, so perhaps he would mellow to one!
