Some help gardening
My fury friends Kora, Murphy, and Topaz helped me in the yard yesterday.

Kora is handling the chemo well this week (so far). She has a strong appetite and is very happy, back to her usual self. She just has lots of weird shave mark on each of her legs where they had to start all the IVs. I've switched both dogs off of processed dog foods and they are getting a mix of home cooked chicken and Stella & Chewy’s (all-natural raw, grain-free patties). They are eating better than the humans in the house.

Beautiful garden pictures! I especially love the honey bee on the lavender. I'm glad to hear that Kora is doing well. P.S. For dog food, I really love Eagle Pack...our breeder recommended it. Of course, what you're doing is great, but if you're thinking of eventually transitioning back to dry, you might check it out, as it's all natural and they have some really good formulas. Hopefully they have a supplier in your area. Their website has a "find locations" search tool. Good luck with her!!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear that Kora is doing better!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures, as always!
So glad to hear the radiation is going well! We had good results with our "Oliver" and at 18 1/2 years now he is still doing great!
ReplyDeleteNice pictures! Glad Kora is doing well for now.
ReplyDeleteGlad to read that Kora is handling the chemo so well. And what a lovely treat to be outside in the garden with your furry friends! It's been way to wet here in chicago to even attempt to get outside...
ReplyDeleteI love the dragonfly photo.
Great shots! I am so jealous of your herb garden. I have the worst time getting herbs to grow.
ReplyDeleteI am having the worst time getting your site to come up. I have been trying for days. Don't know what's up with that.
But I wanted to say that I'm sorry about Kora, poor thing. I'm glad that she is doing well with the chemo and I hope it works well for her!
What a great help they are! I wish her the best of luck with her chemo :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update on Kora. I hope she continues to improve. I'm a big believer in raw feeding dogs.
